RECORDER SERVICES | FRANKLIN COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE
Provides recording services for all documents related to real estate located in Franklin County (i.e. deeds, mortgages, liens, etc.). Living Will declarations and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care forms are also provided by the office free of charge and may be recorded for a fee of $40. This fee covers the recording of both documents, along with a wallet-sized card that displays reference information that family and health care providers may easily use to access end-of-life decisions if necessary.
