Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Medicare does NOT cover routine eye exams. Some Medicare supplements may. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility.
