If the client is working with a specific caseworker, and knows how to contact them or is comfortable contacting them, they should first attempt to resolve the situation with their caseworker. If the client does not have a specific caseworker (or doesn't know how to contact them or is uncomfortable contacting them), they can call the Statewide Contact Center M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm to share their concern. If the situation is still not resolved, the client should phone the Customer Relations Office M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm to make a complaint (they should get a call back within one business day).
