Provides a bilingual licensed clinician to assess and refer residents to mental health, addiction and recovery services. Facilitates the first contact between the caller and mental health and addiction agencies in Lorain County. Troubleshoots concerns about finances, transportation, and language barriers. Works directly with the appropriate agency to ensure the client's enrollment is fully addressed or completed as needed.
