Fee

There is no charge for the time spent on a case. If there are court costs, witness fees, or other fees Legal Aid will incur to handle a case, Legal Aid asks that clients pay them to the best of their ability.

Eligibility

<p>Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who have a household income between 125%-200% of the <a href="https://aspe.hhs.gov/topics/poverty-economic-mobility/poverty-guidelines" target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="underline text-blue-700">Federal Poverty Level.</a></p>
