Fee

There is no charge for the time spent on a case. If there are court costs, witness fees, or other fees Legal Aid will incur to handle a case, Legal Aid asks that clients pay them to the best of their ability.

Eligibility

Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who have a household income between 125%-200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
