Call Center hours are Mon-Wed 8am-4pm. Thu 8am-12pm and Fri 8am-3pm. Closed for in-service days on the last Tuesday of each month and holidays. Office hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm. Closed holidays.

Applications for benefits can be received by mailor by walking into the agency.
