Provides a variety of taxpayer services for county residents. Bills for and accepts property taxes, pursues delinquent property taxes, processes personal property taxes for business, maintains tax records. Administers special taxpayer service programs, invests county funds, disburses funds to school districts and other taxing subdivisions, and pays bills for the county.
