Provides financial assistance to individuals and families: Ohio Works First (OWF), Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) and Disability Assistance (DA) and provides assistancewith purchasing food products for low income households.
COVID-19 Temporary Message: Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m., Ashtabula County Job & Family Services (ACJFS) will limit public access at their 2924 Donahoe Drive and 2247 Lake Avenue locations. This will not prevent determination of eligibility as ACJFS will continue to operate behind the scenes to ensure residents receive critical benefits. Those receiving any type of benefit from the ACJFS are strongly encouraged to contact the agency via phone or internet, versus appearing in person. Personal documents can be uploaded to www.benefits.ohio.gov, faxed to 440-998-1538, placed in the lobby drop boxes at either location, emailed to: [email protected], or mailed to 2924 Donahoe Dr., Ashtabula, OH 44004.
