Works with young people who are experiencing crisis situations and need help navigating through the system. Works on an individualized development plan for success which includes one on one support, case management and linkages specific to the young persons desired goals. Also has dedicated team members that serve as Coordinated Access Rapid Resolution (CARR) for central Ohio youth system housing program.
