Offers a mutual support group for new and expectant mothers who are experiencing mental health issues due to childbirth or pregnancy. Provides an environment where participants can share information and compare similar experiences pertaining to perinatal/post partum anxiety or depression. Survivors of perinatal/post partum depression are welcome to participate as well. In-person and online groups are available.
