Application process
- Call the office for more information. - Established clients call Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services Transportation at 330-308-7716 to schedule a ride. - Transportation must be scheduled no later than 48 hours before medical appointment, excluding weekends, holidays and before 2:30pm.
Fee
Agency contracts with the Department of Job and Family Services which pays transportation fees for those who qualify.
