PATIENT ADVOCATE/OMBUDSMAN | METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Acts as a mediator, investigating and attempting to resolve any concerns regarding MetroHealth, including the main site, satellite locations, nursing facilities, and those representing MetroHealth in the community. All problems will be thoroughly investigated in cooperation with the department involved, and the results will be relayed to, and discussed with, the complaining party.

Call M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm to talk with a live person, or leave a voice mail after hours. Can also FAX information, or send an e-mail through the MetroHealth web site (customer feedback form). For inpatients, information can be obtained in person on the nursing unit if desired.
