Residents of Bay Village who are 60 and older or 18 and older and physically disabled, but will also consider those who cannot drive for other reasons.

M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm. No service on city holidays.
Application process
Phone for information M-F: 8:30am-12:30pm. Must call at least three business days in advance and may call up to three months ahead. Wheelchair passengers and those needing personal assistance must bring their own escort; driver cannot leave vehicle to escort passengers.
