Description

Provides resource and service programs to address transportation issues. Programs include: * Mobility Management: Travel Trainers provide transportation information and resource coordination for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income individuals. * Out of County Medical Transportation: Provides free out-of-county medical transportation to seniors, people with disabilities, and low income (at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines) residents. Up to 6 round trips per year provided. Wheelchair transportation available, and riders allowed to bring one travel companion. Call or email transportation department to enroll. Must provide 72 hour notice.
