No fee. Coupons are in $5 increments and must be spent as such. Farmers will not make change.
Eligibility
- Serves Summit, Stark and Portage County residents 60 years of age or over at the time of the application with an annual income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Coupons can be redeemed only for fresh produce and herbs in their natural state grown in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Coupons may not be used to buy produce that the farmer has purchased from a wholesaler or non-local farmer. Farmers can tell you what is grown locally.

Plans, funds, and coordinates services for older persons and persons with disabilities in Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne counties to live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible. Administers PASSPORT, MyCare Ohio, The Assisted Living Waiver, The Ohio Home Care Waiver, Care Coordination, Elder Rights, Family Caregiver Support Program, Nursing Home Placement Assistance Program, and other services designed to help older adults and individuals with functional limitations maintain independence. Provides funds for services administered by other community agencies including client finding, specialized information and referral, transportation, home-delivered meals, medical treatment, personal care, respite care, safety monitoring, health assessments, congregate meals, recreational activities, and adult day care.
