Workforce Development | Goodwill Industries Of South Central Ohio
Assists with resume writing, job readiness and job searching, and interviewing skills as well as assist with on-the-job training and will assist with follow-ups on job leads. Once a job is obtained, will work with the client to address any complaints or barriers concerning the new employer and provide on-the-job supports if needed. A work incentive program benefits analyst is also available to help individuals with disabilities who want to work evaluate how employment impacts their benefits.

Eligibility
Serves Ross, Pike, Hocking, Fayette, Pickaway, Athens, Jackson, and Vinton Counties. Will help those with physical and intellectual disabilities; those with mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders and PTSD; ex-offenders; and those who have had issues with substance use. Older individuals with limitations due to their age may also qualify. Agency assists clients in getting an eligibility assessment from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities or the county Developmental Disabilities board.
