Rental Living offers 1-4 bedroom rental apartments and single family homes around Franklin County, as well as Fairfield County, for low to moderate income working individuals and families, including seniors. Resident Services, open to Homeport residents, offer service coordination and social service referrals, as well as community programs for children and adults. Resident Service Program, open to Homeport residents, offers after school and summer camp programs, supplemental food programs, school-readiness assessments, produce distributions, back-to-school supply and book drives, leadership development, coaching, resource fairs, peer to peer networking and volunteer opportunities in addition to adult education and employment opportunities.

Services are provided through four program areas: Homeport Housing Advisory Center, Homeport Rental Living, Homeport Resident Services and Homeport Home Ownership. Services include affordable multifamily rental housing and single-family lease-option homes enhanced by social service coordination and service referrals; new and renovated, quality affordable single family homes and condominiums for sale; and housing counseling services that include credit and budget counseling, home buyer education, foreclosure prevention counseling and down payment assistance.
