Moore Family Practice - 206 South Mulberry Street - Mount Vernon Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm; Fri 8am-2pm. Walk-In Clinic - 207 West High Street - Mount Vernon (inside Foster’s Pharmacy) Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Closed for all federal holidays. Same-day appointments available, walk-ins welcome.

Fee

Accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare, insurance plans. Patients that do not have insurance will be eligible for sliding fee scale with proof of income. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE is turned away. Nominal fee for medical services is $20.
