- Outdoor machine at 1867 West Market, Akron (44313) (by building C): 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Indoor machine at 1867 West Market, Akron (44313) (by building A): Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm. - Indoor machine at WIC Offfice, 1400 South Arlington, Akron (44306): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm Thursday: 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Walk up for service. Code is on machine for emergency doses. To request a code for non-emergency uses, call Project Dawn at 330-375-2984. Items in vending machine are subject to change and availability.

Description

Provides a vending machine that contains Naloxone Hydrochloride (Narcan) medication to individuals at risk of opioid/opiate overdose and to their friends and family in an effort to reduce fatal overdoses. Also provides supplies such as safe sex kits and fentanyl test strips.
