Eligibility

Refugees and immigrants at least 18 years of age. Must be a permanent resident for at least 4 years, demonstrate permanent residence in the U.S for at least 5 years and show that you have been present in the US for 30 months. Lastly, the person must demonstrate that they can read, write and speak basic English OR meet the Language Waiver Requirements.
