Eligibility
Applicants must be a veteran, active duty member of the Armed Forces, the spouse, surviving spouse, dependent parent, minor child, or ward of a veteran or an active duty member of the Armed Forces. Applicants must also have been a resident of Adams County for at least 90 days.
