Eligibility
  • Serves Summit County.
  • Serves individuals or entities that are eligible.
  • Must be current on taxes for all other property owned, must not have any open code violations (building, health, zoning, fire) for all other property owned, and must not have previously lost property due to tax foreclosure or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure.
