Eligibility

New Directions 24/7 Crisis Hotline is available to anyone impacted by violence who is seeking support, services or referrals. New Directions serves anyone and everyone impacted by violence. For non-crisis matters such as donations, events, volunteer opportunities or administrative questions, please contact 740-397-4357 Mon–Fri 8am-5pm or Email [email protected].

New Directions is committed to ensuring language is never a barrier to safety or support. Staff use LanguageLine Services, which allows them to connect with trained interpreters in over 240 languages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
