Eligibility
Serves enrolled students in the Mayfield City School District, which includes Mayfield Heights, Highland Heights, the Village of Mayfield and the Village of Gates Mills. Work permits are available to ages 14-17.
Required documents
For work permits: proof of age: accepts government-issued ID or birth certificate. No required documents for other services.

M-F: 7:30am - 4:30pm during the academic year. M-F: 8:00am-3:30pm during he summer.
