The Commons At Madaline Park | Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority

Application process

- Individuals or families can apply for housing online by visiting the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority (AMHA) website at www.akronhousing.org. Follow instructions for submitting a Preliminary Application. - Once a Preliminary Application has been submitted online, the applicant will be provided with a confirmation number as proof of the date and time of application submission. - When applicants are near the top of the wait list for any of the programs they selected, applicants will be notified by mail to attend an orientation and complete a full application. - After completing a full application, persons with mental illness should contact CSS for a recommendation which will move them up on the wait list. Call CSS at 330-996-9141 and request Resident Services.

Fee

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
