Monthly rent includes accommodations, supervision, and personal care services. People who enroll in RSS have increased needs, but do not require long-term care in an institution, such as a nursing home or hospital.

*Age 18 or older *Eligible or enrolled in Medicaid (not a waiver program) *Currently receiving Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or Supplemental Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits *Either planning for discharge from a nursing home or be determined to meet a Protective Level of Care (LOC) during the LOC assessment *Currently living in or planning to move to a Class Two Residential Facility (RF2) licensed by OhioMHAS *Financial Criteria: income under $1,800, up to $2,000 in assets
