Issues and transfers titles for motor vehicles, including motorcycles, mobile homes, travel trailers, campers, motor homes, watercraft 14 feet or longer or with an inboard motor of 10 horsepower or greater, jet skis, off road motorcycles, and all terrain vehicles (ATVs). Handles titles for new vehicles, for used vehicles which are being sold, or for vehicles whose owners have moved to Ohio from another state. Places liens against some vehicles. Can do a title search regarding history of a vehicle such as mileage and status of vehicle, but not the names and addresses of previous owners. For lost or stolen titles, will only issue a new one if the title was originally issued in Allen County.
