AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (AEPCAP) | MUSKINGUM COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION
AEP Cap Program helps eligible AEP customers reduce their utility costs by installing energy efficient measures for their home, apartment, or mobile home. These measures may include LED light bulbs, hot water tank insulation, and Energy Star rated refrigerators and freezers. All energy saving measures are installed at no cost to eligible customers. Customer education will also be provided to eligible families.
