Adults age 18 years or older who have a barrier to employment. Accepts those with a physical or mental impairment which constitutes or results in a barrier to employment and requires vocational rehabilitation services to retain or gain employment.

Application process

May walk-in for service or call for more information and/or to make an appointment. For vocational rehabilitation services, must be referred by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, Veterans Administration, Bureau of Workers Compensation, County Board of Developmental Disabilities or County Job and Family Services.
