Client must return application to the agency (on site, by email, or by mail) within 10 days of the reported loss. Once Complete Application is Submitted: - A prorated credit will be added to the Direction Card, generally within 24 hours after the start of the next business day. This may be longer when there is a high volume of applications.

Description
Provides replacement funds to SNAP (food stamp) recipients who have lost food due to a power outage of four (4) hours or more, fire or governor declared emergency. Replacement funds may replace up to (but not exceed) the client's monthly allotment of food assistance. Funds are sent by electronic transfer to the recipient's Ohio Direction Card.
