Income-eligible homeowners; single family owner-occupied homes; no investment properties or mobile homes. Must be located in Springfield or Clark County.

Required documents

Must have the following: Mortgage statement utility bill last 30 days of income for all household members last 2 years of tax returns 2 most recent bank statements (all pages) evidence of homeowners insurance real estate taxes have to be current, or in verified repayment plan Photo ID.
