Provides classes to teach specific leadership skills (e.g., time management, leadership styles, conflict resolution). Classes are tailored to specific organizations' needs. Classes assists participants in discovering the strengths they bring to a productive working relationship with community, neighborhood, business, and government institutions. Includes the history and current status of Cleveland's neighborhoods and the types of planning and skills individuals need to serve the community, their families, and themselves. Agency also community members with phone assistance on any topic related to community organizing.

Works to develop and build leadership skills in neighborhood residents, with the aim of strengthening connections between people and improving quality of life in communities throughout the Greater Cleveland area. Provides a neighborhood leadership skills training class and technical assistance with organizing and training.
