Description
Provides an alternative method to the traditional court system for solving disputes. The mediator's role is as a facilitator of communication and not as a judge deciding right or wrong. Possible cases for mediation include evictions, small claims, rent deposits, garnishments, replevins, revivor and second cause hearings. Foreclosure cases are not eligible for mediation.
