Free to members. Not available to others. Membership fees are sliding scale and are based on annual income, size of household, and family special circumstances (medical expenses, unemployment, etc.). No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Provides a program designed to develop and promote a regular exercise routine for individuals. Includes four one-on-one appointments with a trained personal fitness coach, development of a program to fit exercise needs, interests, and personal capacity, and training on use of equipment.
