Service available to anyone. Service does not go into Cuyahoga, Portage, or Geauga counties. Service does not provide curb-to-curb bus service outside of Northern Summit County except for Green. For individuals traveling to or from Northern Summit County, riders can be dropped off or picked up from a bus stop with regular line-service offering connections to routes outside of Northern Summit County.

Northern Summit Call-A-Bus service operates Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Southern Summit Call-A-Bus (Green) service operates Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

To schedule service, call the Call-A-Bus program on or before the previous business day and provide name, address, phone number, date of birth and destination. Inform staff of any mobility devices used by the rider. On the day of scheduled service, be ready to leave at the beginning of the pick-up time window given by staff.

Fare: $4 each way. Accepts cash and mobile ticketing. Drivers cannot make change.

Offers curb-to-curb local bus service for Northern Summit County including Macedonia, Northfield Center, Northfield Village, Reminderville, Sagamore Hills Township, Twinsburg, Twinsburg Township, and in Southern Summit County in Green. Provides transportation to regular line-service stops in the service areas for riders needing to connect to another route.
