Must be low income (decided on a case-by-case basis) and reside in the Detroit Shoreway area (zip code 44102). Each family can receive service once each calendar month.

Photo ID, proof of Income (pay stub, etc.).

Third Thursday of the of the month: 9:00am-11:00am.
