Trap/Neuter/Return Program (TNR) | Animal Protective League - The
Provides a variety of services where an individual has "adopted" a colony of unsocialized, outdoor cats and needs to spay/neuter the animals to contain the population. Service includes providing humane trap rental for trapping of the animals prior to service, spaying/neutering, rabies vaccine, feline distemper vaccine, and clipping the left ear of each cat while under anesthesia to identify it as spayed/neutered.

Application process
Call to make an appointment by leaving a message any time. Calls to schedule are returned by staff within 48-72 hours. There may be a two week wait for an appointment.
Fee
Fixed fee. Fees for residents of Cleveland or Cuyahoga County may be lower due to specific grants for municipalities. Credit card or cash accepted only. Humane traps are billed separately.

Cats 8 weeks and older are eligible.
