Individuals seeking assistance should view this map to locate the conference that serves their address. Entering a full street address will give most accurate result. Individuals may then call their local conference directly. Upon calling, individuals may be prompted to leave a message detailing their request. Conferences do not accept any walk-ins. 

Individuals whose address is not covered by a conference may be served by the Neyer Outreach Center and may submit a request online or call the assistance helpline Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:00pm. Individuals can call and talk to a live person or will be put in a queue to have their call returned by 4:00pm. If a person does not receive a call back the same day, they need to call again the next day.
