Cell Phones (LIFELINE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) | Assurance Wireless
Households must not already be receiving service from Assurance Wireless and must meet eligibility criteria for the federal Lifeline Assistance Program. To be eligible for Lifeline, applicants must have a household income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or participate in certain federal assistance programs, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Supplemental Security Income, or the Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit.
