Intake Form, Photo ID for applicant, last 30 days of household income, copy of moratorium page 4 only and landlord name and phone number for rent assistance, current mortgage statement for mortgage assistance, current gas, water or electric bill for utility assistance.

Call for an appointment. No in-person service due to the pandemic. Drop boxes and program applications with instructions available outside MYCAP office.

Electric Partnership Program helps to improve the electric efficiency of eligible households. Performs in-home audits and installs appropriate electric energy efficiency measures to reduce electric usage. Community Connections program provides and in-home engergy use evaluation and energy saving home improvements such as appliance testing and possible replacement and energy education. Energy efficiency kits containing LED light bulbs, night lights, smart strips and furnace whistles).
