Ages 3 - 18 who are enrolled in the Cleveland Municipal School District which includes most of Cleveland, parts of Brook Park and Garfield Heights, and all of Bratenahl, Linndale and Newburgh Heights. There is a separate listing for gifted students aged 5-14.

Providing service to children with these issues begins with an assessment. Parents of children aged 3-5, who suspect a child may have a developmental delay or a need for special education services, may phone for information or leave a message that will be returned within 24 hours. Parents of school-aged children who have similar concerns, may begin by talking with the school psychologist or the team in their child's individual school who do assessments around these issues during the regular school year (August-May). Children with existing Individual Education Plans (IEP's) who are newly enrolling in the district should contact this office during the enrollment process.
