Handles adoptions where Cuyahoga County is the location of the agency having custody of child, where child was born, where person(s) seeking to adopt resides, where adopting person is stationed in military service, or where natural parent resides (for independent placement). Performs home studies for independent adoptions. Processes petitions for foreign adoptions and release of identifying information, vital statistics, and medical information regarding adoptions.
