Application process
Registration forms may be obtained at all voter registration locations, Board of Elections, and on our website: https://www.boe.ohio.gov/ashtabula/. All registration forms must be filled out completely, signed and dated in order for an applicant to become registered. All military voters may submit the voter registration form or utilize a registration for FPCA at fvap.gov.
