Provides trained, qualified volunteer legal guardians to serve as concerned, caring advocates and surrogate decision makers for older indigent adults. Primary responsibilities include making appropriate health and placement decisions, advocating on behalf of the ward depending on the needs of the ward, and protecting the ward's rights.
