- Serves individuals and families who are currently homeless in Jefferson County. - Must be able to maintain housing stability after assistance ends.
Will be requested as needed and includes: - Proof of income. - Proof of homelessness.
Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Provides a wide range of services to address the needs of low-income residents of Jefferson County. Major programs include: HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), HWAP (Home Weatherization Assistance Program), WIOA (Education and Employment Opportunities), Ohio Means Jobs One Stop Center, and Emergency Services (assistance with basic needs).
