Major Work | Cleveland Metropolitan School District
Provides a school curriculum for youth who demonstrate high intellectual ability. Classes are designed to challenge students to excel beyond minimum mastery of subjects. Youth who meet testing standards for the program are taught as a class by teachers assigned specifically to the program.

May call office year-round for information and application M-F: 8:15am-5:00pm . Testing for the program is scheduled twice a year. Parents, teachers, and students themselves may all refer individual students for the program.

Eligibility
Ages 5-13 who are students in the school district, which includes most of Cleveland, parts of Brook Park and Garfield Heights, and all of Bratenahl, Linndale and Newburgh Heights. Students take and pass a standardized, accepted test to participate in the program.
