Eligibility
Children ages newborn through 21 years, permanent residents of Ohio, and under the care of a BCMH-approved doctor. Some eligible conditions include AIDS, Cancer, Congenital Heart Disease, Diabetes, hearing Loss, scoliosis and spina bifida.
