Valley View residents. Eligibility will be determined at intake on a case-by-case basis. Types of conditions that are considered eligible include but not limited to: those who live alone; persons who have a chronic health condition resulting in functional limitation; homebound persons; physically challenged persons (such as those in wheelchairs, persons with sight impairment etc.).

Monitors 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
