Application process
Check the website for test availability first by visiting www.acdl.info - please refer to the banner at the top of the page. Then call the Library from the parking lot to have tests brought to your car.

The Ashtabula County District Library has free, at-home COVID-19 tests available, on a first come first served basis. These tests come in a boxed test kit, but are not proctored. They cannot be used fortravel, school, work, or any other situation that requires proof of results. Limit 2 tests per household.

People are encouraged to please call from the parking lot when picking up tests. Do not come into the buildings. A staff member will bring the tests to your car.
