Eligibility
Adults 21 and older with developmental disabilities who are referred from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD).
Required documents
Referral needed from CCBDD, will be advised about other needed documents.
Hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Must be referred by the CCBDD. May phone for information M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
Fees
Fixed Fee, usually paid through CCBDD, and possibly SSI or other funding sources (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid).
